PRODUCTS
Find the physical product your equipment needs: a machine enclosure, access door, viewing window, guarding panel or perimeter barrier. Start with a complete structure or a defined component, then specify its dimensions, materials and installation interfaces around your project.
Browse by what you need to purchase. Each category helps define the product form, supply scope and information needed for a quotation.
Build around the machine, not just the viewing opening. Discuss framed enclosures combining fixed panels, access openings and service interfaces. Supply scope may cover individual sections or a coordinated structure. Share the equipment envelope, access zones, mounting points and any existing layout to define what belongs in the enclosure package.
Provide access for operation, cleaning and maintenance. Specify a door leaf, framed door assembly or integrated enclosure door. Include opening dimensions, swing or travel direction, hardware interfaces, and space and mounting interfaces for any separately specified interlock.
Add a defined viewing area to an existing machine or enclosure. Discuss a cut-to-size panel, machined window insert or framed assembly. Start with the opening size, required viewing area and mounting detail, then identify the material and surface requirements for the process, cleaning conditions and expected exposure.
Specify the fixed sections between a machine and its surroundings. Options for discussion include processed infill panels, framed panel sections and removable covers. Provide the panel outline, fixing positions, clearance and removal method. Identify whether visibility, surface durability, cleaning or another functional requirement should guide material selection.
Plan a physical boundary around an equipment area. Define the layout as coordinated fence sections, posts, access points and installation interfaces rather than isolated panels. Share the floor plan, equipment footprint, required access and fixing conditions. Guard height, opening sizes and separation distances require project-specific assessment.
Complete or adapt a framed assembly with matching profiles, connectors and mounting accessories. Start with the profile series, groove or interface dimensions, connection detail and quantities. Compatibility must be checked against the selected structure; visually similar components are not necessarily interchangeable.
A useful quotation connects the finished product to its material, processing and assembly requirements. Agree which stages belong in the supply package before production.
Specify the substrate and any surface function against visibility, cleaning, temperature and exposure requirements. Identify the evidence needed for the selected grade.
Define outlines, holes, cut-outs, edges and profile lengths from drawings or agreed dimensions. Record critical tolerances and the surfaces that must be protected during handling.
Confirm panel retention, joints, door hardware and mounting interfaces. Distinguish loose components, prepared kits and assembled sections in the quotation.
Agree the inspection points, assembly information, packaging and site interfaces. Confirm who is responsible for installation, integration and final acceptance.
Start with the information you have. A drawing is helpful, but an existing-part photograph or marked-up layout can begin the discussion; missing details must be resolved before manufacture.
Product form alone does not establish protective performance. Material grade, thickness, retention, fasteners, access design and installation conditions must be considered together. FLOMC supplies the agreed material and mechanical components. Machine risk assessment, safety distances, interlock and control-system design, and final system conformity remain the responsibility of the equipment builder or integrator unless a different scope is expressly agreed in writing. Any performance or compliance claim must be supported for the specified material or assembly and its intended conditions.
Tell us what you need to build, replace or integrate. Include the product type, dimensions and supply scope so the next discussion can focus on a practical configuration and quotation.
